The 2018 Sex and Gender Health Education Summit is a follow-up to the 2015 Sex and Gender Medical Education (SGME) Summit, which brought together medical educators from over 100 medical schools to create a road map for integrating sex and gender based medicine into medical education.  The 2018 Sex and Gender Health Education Summit will build upon that momentum and expand multi-disciplinary opportunities by convening health education leaders from 5 major professions – medicine, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, and allied health.  The goal will be to support and progress the integration of sex and gender differences into health professionals’ education.
